Apply now to join our Voluntary Bailiff Team

The PDAC is looking for voluntary bailiffs for the 2026/7 season. Ideally, candidates would be retired or semi-retired individuals with plenty of free time, though this is not a requirement.

Volunteers must have been club members for at least 12 months, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to exercise discretion when necessary.

The role involves checking membership permits, ensuring members follow the rules at each venue, verifying the correct use of recommended fishing equipment, and reporting any rule violations to the committee.

Additional responsibilities include notifying the Water Warden about any maintenance issues that need attention.

Volunteers who can cover multiple venues with regular visits are preferred, but those willing to regularly visit a single location will also be considered.
