Update.

Booking System.

We have been monitoring bookings very closely and due to the high volume, we will continue to keep it in place until further notice.

Members that still have issues with booking on, can contact the helpline for assistance or send in an email request, we would prefer that members use the system where possible.

Exchange Permits & Guest Tickets.

Due to the high volume of bookings across all the Pdac venues, Exchange & Guest Tickets will not be permitted until further notice.

We will continue to monitor this situation as we are also working with our Exchange clubs, and once we all agree, then we shall release the exchange books for use.

Mill Rythe.

The Holiday Village may reopen on 4th July, we are still waiting for confirmation and approval for members to use the lake. (we will update you further).

Harting Combe.

The Combe will be closed 11-12th July to allow maintenance work to be carried out.

No night bookings will be accepted for 10th July, but will resume from 7pm 12th July.

We are asking for volunteers to help out with a couple of projects that we hope to complete over the weekend, If you are able to help out, if only for a few hours...this would be a huge help to the club.

Combe Nights.

The Booking system has been a very useful tool in monitoring and controlling allocations, we have decided that once all restrictions have been lifted, the system will remain in place for future night bookings.

Junior/Youth Open.

This event has been postponed and will be rescheduled later in the year.

We aim to keep you informed of any developments during this time, we appreciate your patience and support with following the temporary restrictions that are in place.
