Combe news

This season, Harting Combe hosted a series of 24-hour Carp matches. The initial events were knockout rounds leading up to a final held on Saturday, October 10th.

Darren Jones emerged as the winner, taking home £250 worth of tools.

The finalists faced a challenging night, with only three Carp caught. Darren Jones secured first place by landing Fern at 25.08.

Alex Munday came in second with a zip linear at 19.08, and Chris West took third with a scaley at 16.00.

We extend our gratitude to Steve Everitt and AVS (Rowlands Castle) for their continued support and generous donation of tools for the second consecutive year.

We also thank everyone who participated in this year's events. The £450 proceeds will be used to introduce new Carp exclusively to Harting Combe.
