Every Year, one question that seems to pop up is "Do you plan to have any events for Junior Members?"…Well, here it is!
Saturday 22nd August - Nyewood Lakes.
This is not a members only event, we are open to anyone that would like to enter.
If your child has a keen interest in fishing...then start right here and get them involved, we will accept all children of all fishing abilities.
Officials will be on hand to assist and advise you and your child throughout, all children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All entrants must have their own equipment and bait, the Pdac will supply keepnets if required.(any additional equipment, please make it known, we will assist where possible).
The event will consist of 3 sections, 8-12yrs, 13-16yrs & 17-19yrs, over two lakes, every child will go home with some form of prize and trophies for each section winner.
All you need to do, log on to the website https://www.thepdac.co.uk/junior-youth-open download the entry form, fill in the correct fields and return it to thepdac@gmail.com
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and you will also receive a further email with more information nearer the time.
Every clubs survival is down to the strength of their Junior section, support our club and support our young members.
