The Herne Farm Centre in association with The Pdac held a Social evening a few weeks back with the Volunteers from SaLT(saving lives together).
SaLT is a non-profit charity and everything to do with the organisation is done by volunteers and they were there to show everyone some life saving skills with CPR and a defibrillator familiarisation session.
The evening was to make awareness and use of defibrillators that will be made available at public venues around the community.
The money raised on the evening, and money that we will continue to raise at future events, will go towards a Defibrillator that will be situated at the Herne Farm Centre and made available to the public.

We wish to thank the ladies from SaLT, spending their free time with us and showing us some vital skills, that maybe one day could save someone's life.
