Dear members,
As you are now all aware we will be holding an EGM on the Wednesday 6th November 7.00pm at Petersfield Community Centre, the reasons behind calling this meeting are all explained in the correspondence that has been sent to you either by post or by email.
I would ask you to all read these carefully and fully understand that we are trying to move the club forward for the future generations to enjoy, I would urge you to please attend the meeting on Wednesday if you can and help us do this, it’s only for an hour but could be the most important one in the club’s recent history.
If by any chance you have not received anything, please contact Shaun or myself and we can get you a copy.
