Chose peg 12 at the Bottom Pond.
06:45 am: Used a 12mm tuna boilie and caught a 3lb carp. Then, nothing else.
07:15 am: Switched to an 8mm pro liver.
07:30 am: Caught a 10lb common.
08:15 am: Landed a 16lb mirror.
Changed to sweetcorn, which resulted in catching 4oz roach, one after another.
08:30 am: Returned to an 8mm boilie and netted another 10lb common.
The swim went quiet for a while, and only sweetcorn seemed effective, yielding small roach.
10:00 am: Switched back to a tuna boilie and caught an 11lb common. Thirty minutes later, another 10lb common was caught.
11:00 am: Changed to an 8mm liver boilie. The rod bent nearly double, resulting in a twenty-minute fight to net a 20lb mirror.
12:00 pm: This was a short session for me due to work commitments. I enjoyed this session.
