Those paying by BACS.
If you are paying by BACS on behalf of an applicant, please make sure the applicants surname is used as reference.
Existing members, please use your membership no. & surname as reference (1234/Smith) and those applying for new memberships, please use NEW/& your surname as reference, this will help to speed up the processing of your permit.
We advise existing members to apply with the renewal slip from their handbook, new members may pick up an application form from local tackle outlets or simply download a form via the website.
Please remember to supply passport type id photos, existing members x1 and new members x2.
All applicants must provide a large prepaid envelope for the return of their permits, please ensure the value of postage is correct when applying for multiple permits.
