Pdac update 20/12/22

Pdac update.

All Pdac waters are now fishable, just to update members of closures during the Christmas period that Nyewood ponds will be closed on Boxing day due to a private event and the postponed Christmas match has been rescheduled for Tuesday 27th December on both ponds.
