Reminding members of upcoming events and temporary closures.

Bopeep Pond will be closed for members after 4 PM on Friday, June 19 — a private event is scheduled. Please plan your visit earlier in the day and vacate by 4:00pm.

Harting Combe will be closed from Friday, 19th June at dusk until Sunday, 21st June at 3:00pm. This closure is due to an event.

Additionally, Harting will not be accessible to members on Wednesday, 24th June because of a private match. However, the venue will be open for night sessions starting at 9:00pm.

Night sessions will not be available on the following dates:

Friday, 19th June

Saturday, 20th June

Tuesday, 23rd June

Chithurst - River Rother. Members are advised that to access the Chithurst end of the Rother, they must now use the club access code for the gated lock to enter the designated parking area. Please park to the right, next to the barn building, and ensure you do not block access to the barn. If needed, check in with the farm hands.

Work Party - Chithurst end.

A session is planned for Thursday, 25th June, at the Chithurst end of the Rother to improve access to additional swims.

We welcome any assistance from members. Those interested in helping should contact Steve Chapman at 07510 676729.

The meeting point is at 5:30 pm at the farm barns at the Chithurst end, with a right turn immediately after the bridge.

If you have a strimmer or a long-handled sickle, please bring them, along with gloves and eye protection.
