Reminders/Updates

Members are reminded about the work party at Nyewood Ponds on Saturday, the 24th, from 8:30 to 12:00. Both ponds will undergo general tidying within the swim areas and pathways.

The ponds will remain open to members, with minimal disturbance.

Harting Combe will reopen to members on Saturday, the 24th, from 6:00 am. Please note that if the Carp begin another spawning period, the pond will close immediately.

On Saturday, the 31st of May, Nyewood Ponds' top pond will be closed to members. Pegs 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 will be reserved for a teach-in session from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, while all other swims remain open to members.

JCC Junior League: We still have available spots and encourage our younger members to participate. These events are a fantastic opportunity for young anglers to display their skills in a friendly and fun environment. JCC Lighting has sponsored our juniors for 2025/6, offering excellent prizes, and all skill levels are welcome.

The first league event will take place at Nyewood Top Pond on Saturday, the 31st of May. More details are available on the events page of the website.

The teach-in scheduled for Saturday, the 31st of May at Nyewood, is now fully booked.
